The Right Reverend Richard W. Lipka, Bishop Oridinary

The Rt. Rev, Richard Lipka was elected and the 2nd Bishop of the Missionary Diocese ofAll Saints in October 2019.  Bp, Lipka was ordained a priest in 1966 in Rome, Italy.  He has served  as senior pastor of churches in several states on the mainland United States and in Hawaii in the Roman Catholic Church, the Episcopal Church and the Charismatic Episcopal Church.  He  has taught seminars and written  articles in the areas of  practical  application of the Bible to daily life.  Bishop Lipka founded the  Church of the Risen Lord in Honolulu, Hawaii and was  consecrated Bishop of the  Diocese of the Hawaiian Islands and the American  Protectorates in the Pacific  in 1995 for the Charismatic Episcopal Church.  In  2004 he moved to Maryland to serve as the Diocesan Bishop for the Delmarva  Peninsula.  Bishop Lipka is a graduate of St. Mary’s College (B.A.); the   Pontifical Gregorian University (S.T.B.); St. Mary’s Seminary (M.A.); and the  University of Maryland (M.S.W.).  He is a  licensed clinical social worker and a diplomate of the American Association of  Pastoral Counselors.  Bishop Lipka was born and raised in Wilmington, DE.  He is  married and  the father of four.  His wife, Susan, and his family, are active in ministries  at Holy Trinity Cathedral in Berlin, MD.


The Right Reverend William H. Ilgenfritz, Bishop Emeritus

The  Rt. Rev. William H. Ilgenfritz was the founding Bishop of the Missionary Diocese of All Saints and the first Bishop to be Consecrated in the Anglican Church in North America.  Bp.Ilgenfritz is a national Anglo-Catholic leader and a  youth  advocate having served in five states. A native of the Pittsburgh area, Bishop Ilgenfritz is a graduate of Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry and was ordained to the priesthood in 1986. Bishop Ilgenfritz has been active  in  Forward in Faith North America since 1999. Bp. Ilgenfritz retired at the end of 2019 and had formerly served as Chaplain at St. Jude’s Ranch for  Children in Nevada and the Executive Director of the Children’s Aid Society.  Bishop Bill also served as Rector of Mt. Calvary Church, Baltimore, MD and St. Mary's Church, Charleroi, PA.   He and his wife, Loisjean, reside in the York, PA area and have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.
